We accept orders via the ordering system on our website.
Acceptance of the order for execution begins when the order is placed and paid for (transfer, credit card, etc.).
The offer on the website is a current offer, and the availability of the assortment is specified for each product.
Promotional sales are always limited in time and/or quantity. The date of acceptance of the order shall be the date of sending the order form by the Ordering Party.
A VAT invoice is issued for each order.
Any changes to orders or their cancellation must take place no later than within 1 hour from the time of ordering and should be reported to the following e-mail address: info@drukarniaobrazow.pl
All prices are given in PLN and are gross prices. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the customer.
Drukarniaobrazow.pl reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the Internet offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the website, or make changes to them.
The cost of delivery is placed on the invoice, and the current delivery costs can be found on the website preceding the order. Orders are carried out in Poland. There is a possibility of shipping abroad after contacting customer service: info@drukarniaobrazow.pl
Order processing time is up to 3 working days. Delivery by courier in Poland is 24h-48h on working days. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we have no influence on the work of transport companies, therefore we do not take responsibility for the timeliness of deliveries, however, we will make every effort to ensure that orders reach you as soon as possible. Extending the delivery date does not release the Ordering Party from meeting the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, and in particular from collecting the shipment.
Payment for goods is made using recognized and secure online payment systems. The company operating the store is DialCom24 sp.zo.o (Przelewy24.pl). Another form of payment is bank transfer. The bank account number is given in the "Contact" section.

Products made to individual order and those products whose defects result from incorrect graphic files provided by the Customer or other negligence on the part of the Ordering Party are not subject to return.
Complaints. If, after receiving the package, it turns out that the product contains technical defects or damage, the Customer should send it back by post or courier to the address of the store. The returned goods should be accompanied by information about the reason for the complaint (damage report drawn up in the presence of the courier and on the day of delivery).
All complaints are considered within 30 business days of their receipt. With a positive consideration of the complaint, the goods will be exchanged for another, full-fledged one.
VAT invoice sent to the ordering party in the form of an electronic file in pdf format within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Invoices are not placed together in the package with the printing.
The sales contract is concluded between the Customer and COPYSHOP s.c. digital printing company at the time of placing the order via the online ordering system.
The contract for the sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish language.
The competent court for resolving disputes arising from the sales contract is the court competent for the registered office of COPYSHOP s.c. digital printing company
The online store reserves the right to change the regulations at any time. The applicable regulations are the regulations posted on the website www.drukarniaobrazow.pl
